Key projects being undertaken by the Board include:-

• Developing a Walton Masterplan
• Undertaking a design brief for the Warwick Castle and adjoining car park, Clacton
• Evaluating and taking forward the proposals in the Building Design Partnership Consultants' report
• Realising the potential of Clacton seafront
• Contributing to an integrated Housing Strategy for Tendring
• Working with partners to deliver Haven Gateway funded projects in Frinton and Clacton
