Key projects being undertaken by the Board include:-

• Delivery of the Harwich Masterplan
• Evaluating the regeneration opportunities of the Barrack Lane site, Dovercourt
• Opportunities for the relocation of the Harwich football ground and the redevelopment of the existing site with adjoining land
• Dovercourt Town Centre
• Contributing to the Area Action Plan for Mistley
• Concluding a Flood Risk Protocol with the Environment Agency to assist investment in the Harwich Masterplan area
