Projects Solicitor - up to £65k

This role requires a sound knowledge of property and/or planning law with a track record working in a regeneration environment.. We need someone who is delivery focused, a confident communicator with good negotiation skills and with the ability and appetite to drive schemes forward. The Company will be supported by other professional staff of the District Council.

The post is offered on an initial three year full-time contract. Consideration may be given to a reduced hours contract at a pro-rata salary to a suitable candidate.
