Working with partners

The Company is a Local Authority Company and operates under a Service Level Agreement with Tendring District Council.

The Council has an established record of working very closely with private sector partners who either own sites or are seeking to invest in the District. The Company’s shares that ethos and will be looking to developing those arrangements and where appropriate entering into joint ventures.
