The Delivery Plan sets out the various routes by which groups and organisations' projects can be brought to our attention. To help us fairly assess proposals against the objectives of the Company a simple three stage process has been developed. It will not only help us evaluate ideas but will also help applicants prepare for future stages of their project including securing funding and managing its delivery.

The level of detail required at each stage will vary depending upon the complexity of the project and our intention is to give applicants a quick response at each stage. The full process is has been encapsulated in a flow diagram but the three key stages are:-

Preliminary: An initial telephone or email enquiry where we can give some basic advice and guidance - tel 01255 686734 or email ajennings@in-tend.org

Stage 1 Application: An initial project assesment form allows us to tell you quickly whether your project is one INTend may be able to support. This includes the key elements of the project, the assistance being sought and the barriers proventing it from going forward. Click here to download a word version of the form.

Stage 2 Application: More detailed information which will include material you will be expected to provide if approaching other bodies for funding or support. It includes material that will help you demonstrate to these other bodies that it has been well thought through and developed. A project which achieves approval at this stage will be included in the Company's Annual Delivery Plan.  Click here to download a word version of the form which can only be submitted on the succesful completion of stage 1.
