Regeneration Projects

The Company has been established to deliver major projects across the District. There are key projects either underway, in the case of Harwich, the subject of major consultations , in the case of Clacton, or about to be commissioned, in the case of Walton.  INTend is about more than just physical regeneration and its key proposals are set out in its Delivery Plan the first of which was approved in July 2008.
