Walton Masterplan

Walton is one of the main towns in Tendring and is a traditional seaside resort complete with Pier, beaches and the magnificent Hamford Water, a site of international environmental importance.

Like many coastal towns it has suffered from the lack of investment but is full of potential. To exploit this potential funding has been secured to produce a masterplan for Walton through the New Growth Point initiative. This project will become one of the key activities of the Company. Working closely with the Council it will help shape the future regeneration of the town and play a major role in implementing the investment and development opportunities identified.
